Great campground, very nice facilities including showers. They offer free WiFi but you'll need to be closer to their building by the entrance. We camped down back by a small creek where a few larger trees provided some shade.
I have tent camped here a few times. The campsite was always clean along with the restroom and showers. Staff is friendly. About a 10 min ride to a grocery store 15 to the town. Great Smokey Mountains entrance is realitivly close. It is Quite at night.
Beautiful place to go camping. Take your family along foe a low cost camping experience. There are clean showers available and normal bathrooms.
We have been coming here for several years now. Such a relaxing retreat close to so many places to play outside! Terry does a great job of keeping things running and relaxed. Bathrooms are cleaner than yours, no offense.
We drove about 1500 miles from Texas, and staying here again would without a doubt be my first choice.
This campground is affordable and the staff are very helpful! I have only been camping (in a tent) twice and both times were here because the experience was so good; our 5.5 hr drive was worth it. The restrooms are maintained well and they have port-a-potties available. The only negatives were that the port-a-potties both ran out of toilet paper (we luckily had some with us) and we had trouble getting our tent stakes in the ground because of roots. There are plenty of outdoor activities and hiking trails in the surrounding area, so the location is convenient. Definitely recommended.
