Terrible service. The delivery driver is rude. Your package will say out for delivery. By 8pm it will say attempt made or couldn’t deliver due to weather. The driver never even pulled into the driveway! When the driver does show he chunks your stuff out of the truck. It’s pretty sad when the UPS driver knocks on your door and offers to help you bring your FedEx packages to at least the porch. When I called the main FedEx line to let them know how their driver is the person on the line was also very hateful and could careless. Amazon was glad to get the feed back though. They brought a good point in saying that FedEx makes Amazon look bad and they will no longer send my packages by FedEx. Thank God!
Nice people. We had an issue with packages being delivered to the wrong house. One call and they took care of it.
Awful. Illiterate. Liars. Lazy. Stupid. Will say they attempted a delivery, but did not, since I was working in front yard all day. I will gladly pay extra to NOT use Fedex out of this unit. Be sure to have a camera ready when these cross-eyed inbred goobers show up with your smashed box.
