We go here more often than I care to admit, simply because they have an indoor play area. It could use a good, deep cleaning though and the staff needs more training on utilizing the BK app. All in all, they are very nice and more efficient than the other fast food places in town.

Nastys place to eat in Bryson City! The man at the counter had to scratch his ass an rub his nose then handed me my meal! I said really!! Let me speak to the manager!! He replies I Am the manager!: DON'T EAT HERE!!!
Food was hot and fresh. However while trying to eat a child (unsupervised) was using ugly words and kept taking stuff off my table.The little boy belonged to a worker and continued to bother until he finally left.
