The Place was open and had one small family waiting. Went in to see if they could help my wife with asthma who was experiencing breathing difficulty. the person at the reception desk acted irritated with us as we explained that have no insurance and were inquiring what our options were (how much $$ to have a few minutes wth a doctor). Don't really see them as an open door kind of place at this moment.

I brought two of my children in, one was complaining about his neck and the other was complaining about her goin. The nurse came in and orally swabbed my girl. A little while later Phillip Miller came and said, without looking at the kids, "We a treating for strep, if one has it more than likely both have it.". I asked "Well I have a two year old in daycare, can you write a script for her?". He responded "No" and left.

I unfortunately became very ill while visiting my grandparents about a month ago. I had the be rushed to urgent care. The wait was long but for understandable reasons. There were a great deal of people there that day. Once I was called back, the quickly knew what to do. I was diagnosed rather fast (and accurately) and sent on my way with a round of antibiotics. The staff were all quite friendly with me, including the doctor. If need be, I would go back there again.

I went to Smoky Mountain Urgent care a week ago today with bad pain in jaw and ear , Doctor on duty check my ears and told me I had swimmers ear infection in left ear gave me drops and Anabiotic, I took the meds done ear drops they way said kept having pain to point tears came , over weekend I decide to go to App urgent care in Boone while visiting the doctor check my ears and confirmed no infection, I was like why so much pain she ask me if I I TMJ I said yes that’s were pain is so bad your jaw is Inflamed , they put me on Prednisone and my jaw is start to feel better, I will never go to Smoky Mountain again , the doctor looked at me before I left and said let me listen to your heart so I can say I did ! What kinda doctor is that !
