The staff really were kind and sweet during my dad's time here. One knelt on a bad knee to comfort him at a particularly tough time. They lost one star only bc they really REALLY needed more staff. But the staff that was there worked so hard to make it not seem that way. They treated my dad very well and were so kind to me too.
