Fall colors were so beautiful and covering the mountains.

This experience was a major disappointment!!!!! Save your money!!!!!

Its a beautiful small town called Bryson city.

The train speed was very, very slow so that you barely felt that you were moving and there was really nothing to see most of the time. Residents in town told us that the drive in a car takes about 20 minutes and you see as much! 4 and half hours sitting at a little table and an average lunch. People talking loudly in the train car.

Writing to help all of you to avoid a rip off and loss of a couple hundred dollars! Read positive reviews and my wife and I were excited to drive to Bryson City from Hot Springs to do this! A 90 minute drive to a little town that has nothing to offer!

Took my wife here for her birthday it was great fun and lots of sights to check out on the ride

if you want to see the really beaty of smoky mountains then plan your trip in mid october or first week of November.

The train ride through the gorge was very scenic.

We really enjoyed visiting this museum!

You have an hour layover in order to go in an outfitter store for overpriced merchandise and a few eating places hoping you will spend money! I have never written a negative review, but felt I must do this to help others avoid it. People are so excited to board and then you see the miserable faces getting off four hours later. I am telling you that you could walk fast to keep up with train! Don't do it and if you do, I told you so!!!!!!!!
