Normally we have very good experiences at Pizza Hut.. tonight I asked for the most simple thing ever, no garlic butter on our hand tossed pizza... it says on the receipt NO GARLIC BUTTER... our pizza is covered in it.. I know, not that big of a deal.. I called the restaurant and they asked for me to bring the pizza back in, fair, but living 20 minutes from town I was not about to drive back out. I understand this probably happens often, people just wanting free food, but I took pictures of both the pizza and receipt. All I wanted them to do was make it right. Maybe they should go back to showing you the pizza before you leave the restaurant. Lesson learned.. I'll at least check my food before I leave the parking lot!
I don't dine in here, we just do take out. The pizza is always good and ready when it's supposed to be. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Great service!
Typical village town style one. It's beautifully maintained one and good to be here if you are visiting the city. Good service and helpful staffing.
very good respectful staff...tiffany was our server and she rocked! Helpful with the menu and even though we walked in close to closing our food quality was excellent! If ever and Bryson City North Carolina we will eat here again
Very bad service. We had our glasses setting at the table end trying to get a refill - but we never got a refill. The ladies restroom was out of order which was an inconvenience due to the fact that we were traveling. Would not recommend.
