Every time I try to get my nails done they are booked for weeks. If you're actually that busy then hire some people.
I attempted to have my nails done at this salon during my vacation during 1st of July. I am from Florida can say all the years getting my nails done NEVER been told when I went into a " walk ins welcome" salon & been refused service. I was stunned my sister was also. 3 women in there and they refused us!! So unprofessional very snobby. I definitely got the " Your not a local so your not welcome" feel. The women who were being serviced musta been locals bc they were being treated very well. Maybe remove sign that says " walk ins welcome" maybe add one that says " Locals only" " by appointment only" if you don't want welcomes. Refusing consumers never a good thing. Especially ones like me who pay well and are easy please. Just wanted a gel mani on my real nails. Went to Salon in same plaza couple doors down was refused there as well. So ladies visiting Bryson City salons they don't like vacationers and outta towners, at least from our experience. Got back FLA went to NYC Nails in Lakeland ( my regular place), then I was reminded what professional, friendly customer service is!!! :)
the Ultimate best place to get your nails done is at Fashion Nails. David is just the best with Solar Nails, and Kim is awesome with pedicures, there wonderful and beautiful daughters Cindy and Victoria are just the sweetest things. Service is professional and they are always willing to help and fit you in. But YES you need an appointment, and if you want to just walk in good luck you'll have to be patient but they will do there best to fit you in.
