Super sweet staff is the shining moment of this office. It really feels genuinely honest and open and concern about you the client. I live almost at hour away now but still go here for checkups because of how awesome they are!
Alli that works the front is always sweet. Renee is, well, we will say "okay" just not really helpful and most of the time that dull attitude. I handed these people over 1,000 in CASH for a single tooth because my insurance wouldn't cover it. And come to find out (just found out) Renee was filling my insurance with BCBS wrong from the get go. Besides this, I do not mind to spend the money for legitimate services. I came back to the second appointment for a filling and films. Within ONE WEEK my filling fell off. I called to let them know that this had happened.... I was on vacation. They wanted to fix it- BUT I owe $259 for that filling that I no longer have intact, and who wants to let him "try again"? They would not take anything that I owed off of the bill- I offered to pay partial. My new dentist is putting a crown on the "lost filling" (in which BCBS is paying for because it is being filed correctly). Ridgeway is gentle, but that doesn't make up for the rest of his services. Services are from the time you enter the door until the time you leave SATISFIED. I don't think any person in a right frame of mind would pay for services half done. Not good services. Renee had the time to talk to me while I had my debit card... until I mentioned that I thought this wasn't fair and only wanted to pay partial, then she didn't have the time to speak with me! I'm almost certain I will not get a call back "after she speaks to the dentist". I feel this was a waste of my time if I'm just going to turn around and have to go back to let him fix his mess ups. This is the right dentist for you if you want to have to ARGUE with a lady with a bad attitude about insurance, money owed and wrong doings. This is also the dentist for you if you have all the time in the world out of your work schedule, family schedule, college schedule.... to go back several times to let him fix his mistakes.
