I bought a bag from this company and the next day the zipper fell off. I returned the bag to the store, only to be greeted by the owner's daughter who was not only rude to my mother and myself, but outright refused to help us. We finally insisted that she call the owner, who was very nice, and offered to send the bag to be fixed, and shipped back to us. We were not offered a receipt, a card, a name, anything that would make me, as a customer feel confident leaving my purchase without any assurance. I wouldn't do business with this company. Buy a purse in your home town, the customer service will be better, and maybe the merchandise will not crumble within 24 hours.
