Great bike shop. Very knowledgeable staff on local trails. Mechanic has gotten me back up and riding several times when visiting from out of town. Thanks Andy and Diane!! Keep up the great work.
I cannot recommend Bryson City Bicycles more highly. They're wonderful!
Since then, we have worked with Andy and Diane on several upgrades, maintenance & service, and all around good fun as we hang around in the shop and share stories and information. Any time we're in Bryson City, we stop in to catch up with them.
There are lots of good bike stores around the country but these folks go way above and beyond. Great selection and great service!
Andy (a.k.a. "The Bike Whisperer", "The Bike Stud") will always set you up right and give you the best bang for the buck. Diane is gracious, gregarious, and has a great energy. I can see why they are consistently voted as the best mountain bike shop around.
Great shop! The staff set me up and with a bike and gear to ride Tsali last weekend. Being from Asheville, I was unfamiliar with the trails. The owner, Andy or Randy, told me options and provided a map. So helpful. I will be back for sure during the summer. Trails are awesome!!
We first met Andy when we had serious shifting woes on my wife's bike, just at the start of an extended road trip. We were freaking out over the issue, but Andy met us with a "no worries" attitude. We were comforted, and he fixed the bike in just a few minutes.
I recently went to Bryson City for a biking trip. Diane and Andy went out of their way to make sure that my friends and I had an incredible experience. Not only were the bikes they rented us fantastic and very fairly priced but they also gave us great advice on where to ride and on places to eat. They were patient, friendly, and kind. I couldn't ask for better service or a friendlier reception. Thank you guys!
